Agentic AI-Driven Autonomous Intelligence and Predictive Workflow Orchestration for Next-Generation SAP Cloud Enterprise Operations
Main Article Content
Abstract
Agentic intelligence is emerging as a transformative approach for automating complex enterprise operations by enabling software agents to perceive operational conditions, reason over contextual information, make decisions, and execute actions with limited human intervention. This research presents an agentic intelligence framework for autonomous decision-making in SAP cloud enterprise digital operations management. The proposed framework integrates intelligent agents with SAP cloud services, enterprise data platforms, predictive analytics, workflow automation, observability, and policy-based governance. The methodology establishes a multi-agent architecture in which specialized agents perform operational monitoring, anomaly detection, resource optimization, incident analysis, workflow orchestration, and compliance validation. Machine learning and reasoning mechanisms are used to evaluate operational conditions and generate context-aware decisions, while governance policies constrain autonomous actions according to enterprise security and business requirements. The framework is evaluated using simulated SAP enterprise workloads involving transaction processing, resource utilization, service incidents, workflow delays, and infrastructure anomalies. Evaluation metrics include decision accuracy, response time, automation rate, resource efficiency, incident resolution time, and policy compliance. The expected results demonstrate that agentic intelligence can improve operational responsiveness, reduce manual intervention, and support proactive management of SAP cloud environments. The research contributes a structured architecture for trustworthy autonomous enterprise operations while addressing scalability, explainability, security, governance, and human oversight requirements.
